is a local reentrant-owned consulting firm.

We use a hands-on approach and

concentrates on preparing formerly incarcerated people through individualized employment opportunities and connection to stable housing. Through creativity, flexibility, and community collaboration, BRC provides individualized, person-centered support and training to help formerly incarcerated individuals attain their employment and housing goals.

Our approach with returning citizens is person-centered. You will work with consultants who are preparing you for new employment opportunities and up-to-date housing services. We will acknowledge your goals to build your platform of success using your skills and ideals.
